Agreement, eligibility, and seller

These terms apply to your use of RohitAI and form an agreement between you and RohitAI. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. The checkout, order, booking, invoice, signed project scope, and the service-specific policies displayed before payment form part of the agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies where you live. If a service-specific signed agreement conflicts with these platform terms, the signed agreement controls for that service to the extent of the conflict.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate, current information; keep authentication and recovery methods secure; use only your account; and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. One person may have several roles or organization memberships, but may not create identities to evade a restriction, payment, consent choice, or entitlement rule. We may require email verification, MFA, renewed authentication, or identity evidence before a sensitive action.

Services and fulfilment

Consulting is governed by the accepted scope, milestones, fees, currency, assumptions, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms, and payment schedule. Meetings are governed by the meeting type, duration, availability, price, cancellation tier, conferencing details, and intake confirmed at booking. Electronic signing records intent and evidence but does not guarantee that a document is suitable or enforceable in every jurisdiction.

Paid articles, videos, courses, bundles, credits, and memberships grant the stated personal, limited, revocable access entitlement after confirmed payment; they do not transfer ownership. Physical purchases are subject to availability, variant, quantity, delivery, tax-ready totals, and shipping details confirmed at checkout. We correct obvious description or pricing errors before acceptance and will not substitute or charge a changed amount without your agreement.

Orders, prices, payments, and taxes

Where payment is due, the final checkout shows the product or service, total due, currency, billing cadence where recurring, and available payment route. A submitted payment may be pending while the provider outcome is reconciled. Paid access, booking confirmation, or fulfillment follows confirmed payment, not a browser message alone; an expressly offered free meeting confirms without a charge or payment intent. A duplicate or late capture does not create duplicate access or fulfillment and will be investigated and compensated or refunded with recorded evidence where appropriate.

You are responsible for accurate billing and delivery details and for taxes, duties, import charges, or bank conversion fees identified as your responsibility at checkout or by law. Prices may vary by market or currency but are not changed for an already confirmed obligation except through a lawful correction, refund, or separately accepted change.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law; infringe rights; misuse another account; bypass access, payment, geographic, download, or media controls; scrape or copy the service at scale; probe or disrupt security; upload malware; send spam; harass others; submit unlawful or deceptive content; reverse engineer except where law permits; use the service where prohibited by applicable trade or sanctions laws; or use outputs to misrepresent human review, credentials, or endorsement. Reasonable indexing by compliant search engines is allowed only for intentionally public content.

Content and intellectual property

RohitAI and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, articles, videos, courses, templates, and other materials. Unless the product or signed scope says otherwise, your purchase grants only personal or internal organizational use and does not permit resale, redistribution, public screening, credential sharing, model training, or creation of a competing content library.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant RohitAI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to deliver and secure the requested service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and instructions. Project deliverable ownership and portfolio use are governed by the signed project scope, not implied by these platform terms.

AI and informational material

Articles, newsletters, videos, courses, meeting discussion, tools, and AI-related examples are general information unless a signed scope expressly makes them a professional deliverable. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for human review, testing, permissions, decisions, and use in your context.

Third-party services

Payment, email, calendar, conferencing, signing, media, shipping, and advertising services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for obligations that the law places on RohitAI, but we do not control an independent provider's availability or conduct. If a payment response is delayed or unclear, we verify it before granting access, fulfilling an order, requesting another payment, or deciding a refund.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may maintain or change the platform and may suspend access needed to prevent harm, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or protect other customers. We use proportionate action and preserve paid-through or statutory rights where possible. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps and provide any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by law. You may stop using the service and may cancel eligible services through their stated workflows. Terms that by nature should survive, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, dispute, and liability provisions, continue after termination.

Warranties and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and honor express commitments in the applicable order or signed scope. Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the platform is provided as available and we do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular business outcome, or that general information fits every use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. RohitAI's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the twelve months before the event. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties where liability cannot be limited, payment or refund obligations, or any mandatory consumer remedy.

Disputes and governing law

Contact us first with the order, invoice, or account reference so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the laws of India and, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or local right that applies, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a regulator, consumer commission, payment dispute process, or small-claims procedure that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

If a provision cannot be enforced, it is limited or removed only as necessary and the rest of the agreement continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Neither these terms nor an account may be transferred except where law permits or the other party agrees in writing; a lawful transfer of RohitAI's business will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use by publishing a new version and effective date. We do not silently rewrite the terms attached to a completed purchase. If a material change affects an active recurring service, we provide any notice and cancellation opportunity required by the subscription terms and applicable law.
